Are you excited for the Tonys yet? Well, we are—so much. And we cannot wait for Monday morning to come! So, we made a list of things you should look forward to in this year’s Tony Awards—the performances, the people, the jokes, we listed all of them for you!

1. Neil Patrick Harris

Need we say more? He’s hosted the Tonys twice now and this is the third time he will. The Tony awards is definitely his own show. We don’t mind seeing him in the next Tonys to come. We’re also excited on what he has in store for us this year; we surely loved him in last year’s opening song Broadway is not just for Gays Anymore.

2. The cast of The Book of Mormon

Yes, and they will open the show, so, you definitely shouldn’t miss any second! The surprise is, we don’t know who’s doing the two Mormon boys, is it original cast members Andrew Rannells and Josh Gad? Or, replacements Nic Rouleau and Jared Gertner?

3. Stephen Sondheim’s Follies

They will do a number with Tony nominee Danny Burstein. The musical is nominated for 8 Tonys.

4. The Tony-snubbed Godspell

After being snubbed by the Tony committee (Yikes!), the wonderful ensemble will be performing at the awards night before they (possibly) close on June 24th.

5. The revival Evita featuring Ricky Martin

The number will feature Elena Roger and Livin’ La Vida Loca Ricky Martin. Can it possibly be High Flying Adored? Let’s find out. The revival is nominated for 3 awards including Best Performance by a Featured Actor in a Musical for Michael Cerveris.
